G5 System coverage is provided for up to: eleven (11) G5 carriers, ten (10) G5 pods, one (1) G5 battery charging station, one (1) G5 12-slot battery charger, one (1) G5 single/dual lane basestation or two (2) XT-1 basestations (1 single/2 dual), two (2) speakers, two (2) microphones and two (2) power supplies.
XT-1 System coverage is provided for up to: ten (10) XT-1 headsets, two (2) battery chargers (3-slot & 6-slot), one (1) G5 single/dual lane basestation or two (2) XT-1 basestations (1 for single/2 for dual), two (2) speakers, two (2) microphones and two (2) power supplies.
Replace & Return Service
Customer mails-in equipment to be repaired and is shipped refurbished replacement equipment from 3M within one (1) business day of receipt of equipment to be repaired. Pre-paid shipping labels are provided for mail-in return.
Advanced Replacement Service
Advanced Replacement allows Customers to quickly receive 3M factory-refurbished replacement equipment. Customer is shipped refurbished replacement equipment from 3M within one (1) business day of authorization of Customer’s request for Advanced Replacement.
In Warranty System, Advanced Replacement Service
Provides 24 months of Advanced Replacement service for the G5 and XT-1 systems in conjunction with the Manufacturer’s factory warranty issued at the time of sale of the respective system.
